Using the LUT (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Etc.)
1. The LUT is a Rec.709 LUT so if your footage is in Log, convert your footage to Rec.709 using a Color Space Transform in DaVinci Resolve or by correcting primaries manually if you are on Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.
2. Adjust your white balance to ensure LUT color aesthetic is being applied correctly.
3. Adjust contrast and saturation as desired.

WHAT IS A POWERGRADE?
A Powergrade is a node structure that is used to create a color grade look or effet. DaVinci Resolve Powergrades are fully customizable and non-destructive so are prefered by colorists who are looking for flexibility and customizability. If you apply a Powergrade to an image, you can see the complete node structure and then change every single parameter of a node. 

CAN I USE POWERGRADES WITH PREMIERE PRO OR FINAL CUT?
No. Powergrades are node tree structures that are created in DaVinci Resolve meant for use in DaVinci Resolve only.  

CAN I USE THIS POWERGRADE WITH ANY COLOR SPACE IN DAVINCI RESOLVE?
This PowerGrade was created using the DaVinci Wide Gamut color space with a Rec.709 output. While these project settings are ideal for many projects, if you know your way around DaVinci Resolve color management, you can use this PowerGrade in a different timeline color space. You may need to make some adjustments if using a different timeline color space. 

CAN I USE THIS FOR COMMERCIAL WORK?
Absolutely. This PowerGrade is free to use on all of your personal projects as well as commercial jobs including but not limited to Films, Commercials & Ads, Wedding Videos, Social Media Content and anything else that requires color grading. 

DO I NEED ANY THIRD-PARTY PLUGINS? 
No. The effects used in this PowerGrade are native DaVinci Resolve OFX plugins so you do not need to install any third party plugins. While you can use these PowerGrades with the Free version of DaVinci Resolve, you will need the Studio version of Resolve to be able to use effects like Film Grain, Noise Reduction, and others that are not available to the Free version users.
